Started watching "Bored to Death" with Jason Schwartzman & Zach Galifianakis yesterday, thanks to Malt Loaf's (or whatever his name is by now :P) recommendation. Looks quality so far.

Last week I finished watching season 1 of "Black Sails". At first the story arc looks somewhat shoddy, but the series focus and most of the episodes are anyway quite entertaining. It had been a while since the last time I watched a movie or series about pirates which I liked. Much better than Vikings or Spartacus, to name some similar products.

Just watched the pilot episode of Resurrection. Looks good, and the premise is interesting, but I've read a few reviews claiming that it goes downhill after the second episode. Will have to check it myself.

Also, just managed to get up-to-date with Person of Interest and Blacklist. The latter is probably the best new TV series, James Spader deserves a million awards.

Still need to finish Black Sails.

I've started watching Lost despite the mixed reviews. Also planning to watch Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, possibly Arrow, if I find the time, never seen any of them.

Nearing the end of Breaking Bad, got 2 episodes left to go. Absolutely amazing, season 5 is fantastic. Unfortunately I know what happens in the end as some knobhead posted it on Facebook a while ago

The Following - totally unrealistic but I absolutely love it for some reason maybe because their is like 15 deaths every episode

The Tomorrow People - cool concept keeping me interested just about.

Also just finished Strike Back and have to say it is totally underrated in my opinion every episode is fast paced and filled with action.

The 1st season by far the best though pity Richard Armitage and Andrew Lincoln hit the big time and had to leave.

Someone ruined it for me as well. I just stopped watching it.

I loved Lost when it made sense.

The Musketeers, not my usual type of thing but its light-hearted, inoffensive and very easy to watch, really enjoyed it.

Started Sons of Anarchy, just the 1st episode, which I thought was shite, and the main blokes American accent can't be taken seriously. I'll give it a few more episodes though

Started watching the BBC series Merlin recently, and have been enjoying it quite a lot. A bit confused why they're using Old English and not much mention of Gaelic or Celtic tradition, and the historical timeline is really mixed/strange ([/medieval studies/mythology nerd]), but I still like it a lot and find myself a bit addicted to it lately.

I remember trying the first episode of Sons Of Anarchy as well, thought exactly the same as you and haven't watched another episode since.

How scary is that one? I've been thinking about getting into it but I can't be arsed with being scared shitless and unable to sleep.

I was the same. Meant to be really good and seems to have a pretty big following with all the t-shirts and stuff you see around, but just did nothing for me.

I'm watching Hannibal at the moment and it's the best TV show I've ever seen

Season 1, 5 episodes in. At one moment I'm looking at the maid and thinking yes and the next moment I'm looking at the maid and thinking probably. :ninja:

How scary is that one? I've been thinking about getting into it but I can't be arsed with being scared shitless and unable to sleep.

Scary enough to keep you intrigued without making you piss yourself. Everyone's boundaries are different though. Just make sure to watch it in a dark room, alone and naked with a mirror in front of you.
