Started Vikings a week or so ago, Travis Fimmel is just too good as Ragnar Lothbrok.

Anybody seen that ITV show Play to the Whistle with Holly Willoughby, Frank Lampard and Bradley Walsh?? They also have Jimmy Bullard.. It got a few laughs out of me to be honest.. certainly not a high class production but had it's funny moments..

Halfway through the first season of The Wire, it's pretty decent but I don't see why it's considered one of the best shows ever. Maybe it's not aged well or maybe it gets better, we shall see.

Anybody watching that new series called 'Dark Matter' I have watched the first 3 episodes and it is better than I was expecting it to be..

The basis of it is that 6 people are woken from sleep on a spaceship having had their memories erased and don't have a clue who they are or what they are doing there and as each episode passes a little more information unfolds.. They are aided by an on board Female Android who has a connection to the ship and bit by bit they uncover new information about themselves..

Started watching Sleepy Hollow. The pilot was decent and it's heading to it's 3rd season, so will give it a chance.

I just started it. The start sounds like a rip off Lost... in space. I never got into Lost, so I'm pesimistic about it... But the visuals are decent and sci-fi-ish, so I'll stick with another episode or two.

To be honest It's not what I would call top drawer and I went into it thinking it would probably be a little lacking in certain areas so was under no illusions and had no real expectations from it. I get the Lost connection, very similar set of circumstances in a different location.. Like you Lost held my attention for the first series but after that it seemed to drag on for far too long without really having any point to it so I lost interest and gave up on it.. There are far better shows knocking about I put above this one but it's a reasonable gap filler for me..

Just a quick update.. Just watched episode 5 and there is a scene where they get a call from someone who knows who they are trying to get them to complete a job and it's at this point I lost my interest in it.. ( you will know the scene I am talking about if you ever get that far ) talk about awful. I was not expecting too much from it to begin with but I switched off at this point..

Extremely low budget shows like Dark Matter put me right off, actually I don't like Sci-Fi period. However, it has peaked my interest some what, maybe it's because Two is smoking hot.

Watched the whole first series of Daredevil and must admit it was a lot better than I was expecting it to be.. It does have a high level of violence and well worth a watch.

Anyone on here still watching Tyrant? It's into it's second season now..

I started the second season of Extant and it's looking better than the first one, despite missing Visnjic.
