Seems like Timo has hung up the gloves. And is publishing what appears to be a book for children:

10247296_10151992971676883_6219897912919

However if you read the title out loud it sounds like a book about the (possibly unfortunate) adventures of a fellow goalkeeper  :O

I've really wanted a Wiener Schnitzel recently. Unfortunately, nothing here comes close to those I've tried in Germany

You can make yourself one pretty easily! Just need some appropriate meat, bread crumbs, a frying pan and oil.

I'd probably burn myself or the entire house down  plus, you can't beat some quality German cooking :P  - damn I miss Germany

I've made it before though, just doesn't taste the same :(

don't forget eggs and flour. The "appropriate meat" is veal without fat.

@Conor: Don't use meat pieces that are too thick. The Meat is way thinner than the entire Schnitzel at the end. Ideal thickness: 12mm

Fill a deep plate with the yolk ( enough so you can put the entire meat part of the schnitzel can fit inside).

Fill a plate with flour.

Fill a plate bread crumbs.

Put some salt on the veal.

Put the veal on the flour plate from both sides.

Put it into the yolk until the entire surface is covered.

Put it in the bread crumbs.

Now either fat fryer or pan.

If you use a pan, put in more oil than what you would usually use for a steak.

Don't give up, son.

Love this:

A director of rugby got fined by the Rugby Association for being "overly critical" towards referees, and a few weeks later he gave that interview :D Klopp or Tuchel should do the same if they get fined again.
