My Line Up Vs Birmingham:

---------------Lehmann- --------------------

Flamini---Senderos- --Djourou----Larsson

Ljungberg----Fabregas- -----Gilberto------Pires

--------Henry- ------Van Persie------------------

Subs:

Almunia
Diaby
Hleb
Reyes
Bergkamp

My Thoughts:

Think Flamini will be forced to play right back again, we have no one else, same with Larrson, midfielders playing at the back dam.gif

You really do have defensive problems don't you.
Lauren is out for the rest of the season as well isn't he?

Yep, explained Gilbert filling in for him, now he's gone aswell

We lost both our right backs, and both our left backs to mellow.gif

Our injuries and suspensions: Damien Johnson, David Dunn, Neil Kilkenny, Martin Taylor, Nicky Butt, Medhi Nafti, Stan Lazaridis, Mikael Forssell (8 first-teamers, but Newcastle get the sympathy on the injury front every time from the pundits.)

Melchiot- ---Upson----Latka-----Clapham

Pennant- ---Izzet----Clemence------Jarosik

--- ---------Heskey-----Sutton--------------

Subs (from): Vaesen, Tebily, Bruce, Gray, Campbell, Forssell, Painter

likely line-up if sol plays and gilbert returns from injury:

---------------lehmann

gilbert--djourou--campbell----senderos

freddy--cesc----diaby-----pires

----- -----henry----adebayor

bench:

almunia
flamini
hleb
reyes
van persie

if sol and gilbert don't play, then most likely same line up as against b'ham :coffee:

Charlton vs Liverpool
The Valley
8th February 2006
Kick-Off: 8pm

-------------------------------Dudek- ------------------------------------

Finnan-----------------Carra-------- -Hyypia-----------------------Riise

Garcia---------------Alonso--------- Sissoko-----------------------Kewell

------------------------Crouch------ ----Cisse-----------------------------

Subs:
Carson
Kromkamp
Hamann
Morientes
Fowler

I think Cisse will be given another chance as Morientes has been poor in his last couple of games. Fowler still isn't fit enough to start.

V Portsmouth at home.

---------------------------Van der Sar------------------------------

Neville- ----------Ferdinand---------Vidic--------- ----------Evra

Ronaldo------------Smith- --------Fletcher------------Park/Richardson

---------------------RVN-----------Rooney- -----------------------------

I still think our midfield has the edge, maybe not over D'Allesandro, but Smith and Fletcher will be able to dominate over Davis and Mendes.

I agree with everything except the left-sided midfield.

I think Giggs will return there so Park or Richardson will be on the bench.
But even Saha has been on fire so it's a bit of a dilemma for Sir Alex

^I think United should just stick to the line-up that they used against Fulham. Richardson looks better in the center then he does on the flanks.Fletcher can go to hell for all I care and Rooney and Ferdinand rested.Saha and RvN should be too much for Pompey to handle...I hope.

:eusa_think: So you agree with StepoverMaster's line up apart from the left hand side, yet you say Fletcher can go to hell? huh.gif

He's the only player the ONLY player at United that I find crap

Passing is poor , doesn't tackle , no dribbling skills , etc.

I wouldn't say he is poor. He is decent but not good enough to play for Man United in my opinion.
