When I was younger, I used to listen to Ill Nino. They had some decent tunes in Spanish as they were made up of members of different nationalities and backgrounds.

I went to a concert of a band from Barcelona a couple of weeks ago called 'Manel'. They came into university to be interviewed by those studying Catalan and they sing in Catalan too which is awesome. Even though this isn't Spanish, they're from Spain so I thought I could still include it :P .

I think it's a class band. Came across them some 5 years ago, when I started learning Spanish at the uni - nice sound indeed!

I don't know, but even though I speak Spanish I despise most music in that language. =/

Although I must say that Immortal Technique song is pretty awesome.

Juanes is the name of the dude with the long hair and he is a solo artist che but I can understand why you like him. That colombian has been owning the rock genre for a couple of years now. I like Mana and Cafe Tacuba better.

Haha, I remember me liking Tequila Sunrise so much better in Spanish, even when I couldn't yet understand a word of it. The first verse is great especially.
