I can see some of you are confused about Rab, but he does help us out a lot behind the scenes installing stuff. He puts his voice in when its needed, but he doesn't take over decisions and I think this situation has got a bit out of hand. Maybe he should have consulted others first, but if the system is being abused then we all agreed to disable it. Its a good function, but we need to work out more ways of keeping control over it. It may seem strange when its only a rep system and that we are going over the top, but it just amazes me what people will do to get positive reps or to get people they like get a higher rating (and no Fiddy it wasn't just about you that comment).

Rab does little bits and pieces around the place, but hes not got the authority like the admins have. I can see why some of you think it was wrong for him to just shut down the system, but we had said that if it got abused that it should be disabled.
