Good addition, but I'd rather have a negative as well. I know there are people out there that would just press the negative for the sake of it but there would be more positives than negatives I think.

Does it work for just the one post you mark on, or is it the overall reputation of the person you mark?

E.g. I see a good post so I give it a plus. Does it count on the overall reputation of the poster, or just that one specific post?

First time we used the rep system the only thing we had was negatives. If the positive reps get's used properly we'll think about adding the negative. One step at a time for now.

EDIT: You want to do something constructive? Remove the stupid edit line that appears even if your edit comes less than a couple minutes after posting. I've noticed this edit line doesn't appear on everyone's post even though they've made obvious edits hours later. I guess your special.
