I wish, I took two years of Japanese in highschool and a semester in college, that was a long time ago though.

Language is super hard man. I came here with no background in Japanese. Been here bit over 5 weeks now. Trying to take one class a week. All I have time for, and progress is slower than Pers Mertesacker.

I took a few classes in school like 7 or 8 years ago now because I was supposedly a 'gifted and talent linguist', which I wasn't, but they made me take a third language before school which happened to be Japanese. It was tough.

All I can remember now is how to say hello, how to say what my name is and how to count to six. Yes that's what right, not 10, but 6, the last 4 numbers allude me.

Don't know much about Victoria, but Melbourne would be worth a visit. Some great food, some decent sights but a lot of that awful sport called Australian Rules Football.

Yeah, I wish I'd gone during NFL season and made the trip down to Miami. We were there for the Daytona 500, but we couldn't get enough tickets.

I won't be doing a Miami dolphins game it'll be the bucs possibly but that may prove difficult travel wise ( I don't drive) the likely ones is Jacksonville as you can get a ticket and travel from your hotel for £70 . So that seems likely although the least glamourous of the 3.

Any jazz fans here at all? I'm listening to Coltrane's A Love Supreme which is supposed to be one of the real essentials, but it's just not doing much for me. The instruments sound like they're all vying for position, rather than working with each other...anything more accessible?

Yeah, I'm just a 'Phins fan, so that's why I wanna go. We were lucky all-in-all, baseball spring training was on, as was Daytona and basketball.

I like jazz, but don't listen to a lot of it. On another note, I just got back from work to find that my dog(s?) has eaten two of my easter eggs. Fucking greedy fat cow. :glare:

I found £1 on the ground on the way to the match at the weekend so stuck it on Shola Ameobi first goalscorer at 8/1. He scored! So I just bought a £5 scratchcard with some of the winnings and won £40... follow the money trail of the lucky coin :O

Can't test the Gods too much.

On my way back from cashing in two homeless people begged for money off me. I hope this isn't a Scrooge type curse!

Thankfully my job is to try and stop people from leaving BT and selling the benefits of it,linking it with Sport and money.

Do you have BT Broadband. If so yes there is an app you can download at the Apple store or you can stream it on your computer for free.
