Do you know anyone named Nick or Bob? They were at the US military base in Heidelberg. They were on the swimming team and K-town was their great rival.

Sure I know Nick-Bob, swimmer right? Got his name from (nick)ing clothes from lockers when members were in the pool (thus the "bob" part).

Don't hate on the Army 
I have a question and I've wondered this for awhile but have never asked out of fear of sounding like a complete idiot. But why do they have a "1." in their name? Does it mean anything?

the 1 as in 1.FC Kaiserslautern, and 1. FC Nurnberg mean that they were the first football club in their respective cities....or atleast claim to be

May I add that the "1." in the Kaiserslautern team name also stands for "#1", to which we are.
