Pavel Nedved wears his hair well.

Djibril Cisse and Vagner Love have awful hair, Villa at times looks like his mothers done it with a bowl, Sergio Ramos has split ends

I chose Djibril Cissé simply because of the skill it takes to make a haircut like that, it takes a skilled hairdresser. Also to be fair he wears it pretty well.

Vagner Love because it takes balls to have hair that colour and he almost gets away with it.
