Club & Ground Name The Hawthorns, West Bromwich Albion

How Easy Was It To Find? Was on official buses and easy enough to find.
10/10

Car Parking. Was It near? Was It Free? Was It Well Policed/lit?
A lot of car parks around the ground, seemed like it wasn't enough though. Cars were parked in the middle of the road on grass.

4/10

View. Pillar In The Way? Great view. Right at the back
10/10

Comfort (seating, leg room, does it have a roof etc) Didn't sit down too often, but plenty of leg room. It does have a roof, but it decided to let through a lot of rain onto our backs!

Toilets
They were ok. Bigger than what I've seen at other grounds.
6/10

Catering (Quality, price, queues) Service was a bit slow, not enough people serving.
4/10

Atmosphere From Home Fans, How Condusive Was The Away End To Creating A Good Atmosphere Not a large following from us, but we made a bit of noise.
Albion only sung after they had scored for a while, then got very nervous.

6/10

Stewards, Policing Didn't see any police in the ground. Plenty of stewards who kept coming up to tell everyone to sit down, we had to move from one area because of all the water, for safety reasons.
5/10

Pubs, Things To Do Nearby. Is There Much To Do For The Early Arriver At The Site Of The Ground?Didn't have time to go to the pub. There's a McDonalds, Burger Bars, stuffl ike that.

6/10

Overall. Out Of 10, What Do You Feel The Ground Deserves?
About 7.

Match: West Bromich Albion 2 vs 0 Blackburn Rovers (Kevin Campbell, Jonathan Greening with a scorcher!!)
Venue: The hawthorns
Date: February, sat 4th
kick off: 3:00pm

How Easy Was It To Find? On the official rovers bus so easy enough to find
9/10

Car Parking. Was It near? Was It Free? Was It Well Policed/lit? on the coach so it was free but we had to wait on the coach 30 mins as there was nowere to park so that was a bit of bitch.
4/10

View. Pillar In The Way? pretty good veiw, good height up from the pitch and no there were no pillars in this stand.
8/10

Comfort (seating, leg room, does it have a roof etc) it has a roof, quite alot of leg room, stood up alot but stewards were persistant tryin to get us to sit down.
7/10

Toilets? They were adequate, seen alot worse for example, evertons being disgusting.
8/10

Catering? not bad, didnt sell alot of hot meals but there wernt any queues as we only took around 800 to this game.
6/10

Atmosphere From Home Fans, How Condusive Was The Away End To Creating A Good Atmosphere ? I thought there support wernt to bad but they did win 2-0 and ours was pretty poor, but if we took more im sure we woulda made a better atmosphere.
4/10

Stewards, Policing? Didnt see many so cant say much about them, they wernt needed either.
5/10

Pubs, Things To Do Nearby. Is There Much To Do For The Early Arriver At The Site Of The Ground?
Didnt see any pubs around, definately wernt a pub for away fans, also there wasnt anything else to do around the ground apart from get sumit to eat from a burger van.
4/10

Overall. Out Of 10, What Do You Feel The Ground Deserves? 6/10 overall it was a nice little ground but my experience there wasnt the best and dint really enjoy it to be honest.

Club & Ground Name: WBA - The Hawthorns

How Easy Was It To Find?
7/10
Just asked some WBA fans and followed the crowd down a very dodgy path although the edge of a railway...

Car Parking: Was It near? Was It Free? Was It Well Policed/lit?
5/10
Couldn't see many secure car parks around - we just parked on the road outside The Vine pub and made sure we took out all of our Rovers stuff! Car was fine when we got back and it cost us nothing. It was about a 15 min walk to the ground

View: Pillar In The Way?
8/10
A bit low down, but that was because we got tickets relatively late. No pillars in the way

Comfort: Seating? Leg room? Did it have a roof?
8/10 - it had a roof but got a little wet. Standard seats

Toilets
8/10
The usual

Catering: Quality? Price? Queues?
N/A

Atmosphere: From home fans? How condusive as the away end to creating a good atmosphere?
7/10
Not amazing from the home fans, there were a reasonable amount of Rovers fans but there was a bit of trouble towards the back of the stand between the 2 sets of fans

Stewards and Policing
7/10
Seemed to deal with the bit of trouble quite well. However, on the way out we had to walk 30 min around the ground to get out because they shut a gate

Things To Do Nearby
5/10
Really poor, you have to go into Birmingham then get the train to WBA to have a decent choice of pub. However, The Vine pub about a 15 min walk to the ground is alright - they have an Indian barbecue inside and lots of tv screens, although it does get extremely busy from 12 onwards (its a mixed pub). On our way out we saw a McDonalds near the ground but I guess that will have been very busy

Overall
7/10
Not my favourite ground for many reasons as stated above and wouldn't have liked to have paid anymore than the £15 student ticket I did pay!
