I'll tell you what, every year they start the season with a much smaller budget,
(ie lower quality players) and they always make it and get between the two major clubs!!
They play better football than either of the other two and they deserve it!! Keep going...
You are right mate, they qualify for the UEFA Cup.

we saw more young players, more nice goals and the average attedance is higher.
however there are still basic things to be done.
The teams should create academies.
There are only 3 teams with important academies. (Panathinaikos,PAOK, Skonda Xanthi)
Also the referees almost never achieve their best

PIRAEUS, Greece (AP) - Olympiakos was knocked out of the Greek Cup 3-2 on aggregate Wednesday despite beating PAS Ioannina 2-1 in the second leg of the quarter-finals.
Evangelos Kontogoulidis exploited a defensive error and scored the deciding goal in the eighth minute of extra time, taking the second division team to the semifinals of the competition.
Predrag Djordjevic and Haruna Babangida scored for Olympiakos at Karaiskaki Stadium, but Ioannina had beaten the league leaders 2-0 in the first leg on Jan. 17.
The team based in northwestern Greece will play Larissa in the semifinals.
PS) The other 3 teams that have gone through are: Panathinaikos, Xanthi & Larissa.

olympiakos got the result that he was looking for, and now its nearly impossible to lose this title.
However there are still 10 games till the end of the season
The most possible is olympiakos to be the greek champion and aek the runner up
The cup normaly will go to paiania and at panathinaikos hands

Cheers mate!!! Nice to know, my effort is appreciated!!
I will try to continue posting the goals each week till the end of the season
and hope it finds ARIS in the UEFA Cup spot!!!
Olympiakos pulling away bit now AEK still in 2nd though
UEFA Cup this month aswell so see how they do in that.
If i am not wrong, the 1st team goes straight into the Group Stage
and the next one plays qualifying games before the CL Groups are formed.
I will check it out and let you know on a following post.
Yeah i would agree that Olympiakos has pulled away but i thought they would,
from the beginning of the season. Panathinaikos is not good this year.
I think Aek will have a 'downturn' the next month or so, cause not only a couple key players
are injured but they also have the UEFA cup games that will require extra effort from the team... we'll see...
