  1. Third league home game in a week! It will take a big effort from the players to give what they have in the last two games again, and Cardiff will probably be our toughest match as they are the most in form team who are pretty much safe with nothing to play for which can make them dangerous. I'd take a point now but we should be full of confidence and we're more than capable of winning, and making it 3 wins in a row. I'd expect Graham to replace one of the strikers, and Bennett or Mahoney to replace one of the wingers to freshen up the team. Hoban will be pushing for a return in defence, and I'd then like to see Mulgrew pushed forward into midfield alongside Lowe or Guthrie.
  2. Harry Kane scoring goals for fun at the moment, his first goal brilliant and out of nothing! Spurs are a great team to watch when on days like today. Everton looked surprisingly poor with very little support for Lukaku, and very little pace in the team.
  3. Dyche moaning about Swansea's winner, completely ignoring the penalty they got which was clearly a handball by Vokes and not a Swansea player! Swansea looked like they fully deserved the win, and the likes of Llorente, Olsson, Carroll and Sigurdsson in great from. I really hope Swansea stay up now, they are playing some really good attractive football. if they do stay up I can see them doing a lot better next season under Clement.

  5. I hope both Mings and Ibrahimovic are banned retrospectively. Both were out of order today, their behaviour was disgraceful. Man Utd have missed a big opportunity to move into the top 4. Ibrahimovic's comment "he jumped into my elbow"...what an idiot, he has gone down in my estimation after recent weeks. It was a premeditated elbow on Mings which is out of order despite what happened before.
  6. Boro have got dragged right into the relegation battle, they are now 3 points from safety and in the bottom 3 after this weekend!! They may be pretty solid defensively but in attack they are very poor.
  7. Fingers crossed AFC Fylde go up, now 11 points clear, so you can visit their new ground (shame it means your team getting relegated though!). AFC Fylde a team on the rise, backed by money, and they could well be a league team very soon...they used to be the local pub team very recently!! Another big win for Rovers today, but we didn't really have to get out of 2nd gear as Wigan were so poor. They are the worst team to visit Ewood so far this season. We should of made it more comfortable but the result is the only thing that matters and I will take another few 1-0 wins to secure safety. The fans right behind the new manager, not heard Ewood so positive about the team or as loud for many years maybe even since Big Sam and even then there were fans moaning about him!!!
  8. Try AFC Fylde. Fantastic new stadium and on the rise, 10 points clear at the top of the league and their top goalscorer has scored over 40 goals! Their managers are very entertaining, on average 3 goals per game.
  9. Massive weekend at the bottom of the league, any club that wins will have a massive advantage for the run in. Tuesday night's result will mean nothing if its not followed up by another win against Wigan. We are due a bit of revenge on them after they relegated us from the PL. I wouldn't make any changes from the Derby game apart from Graham replacing Gallagher or Emnes upfront.

  11. It was a big 3 points for us last night. It didn't matter how it came, just that we won. It wasn't pretty at times but we were very resilient and got that bit of luck at the end with Derby skimming the cross bar and Ince missing a fantastic chance. The fans seem to be behind Mowbray and the negativity has died down a bit. No one wants Venkys to stay but for the rest of the season the only focus has to be getting behind the manager and players, and staying in this league.
  12. Ibrahimovic at United. He carried the team on Sunday, Pogba was anonymous. Same against us in the FA Cup, Ibrahimovic won them the game and had he not come on we may well have got a replay.
  13. Liverpool were dire. Got to feel for Ranieri that all of a sudden the players put in that kind of performance the first match he has been gone...we all know what they are capable of last season but this season the player's haven't looked bothered (probably more interested in their new found fame and improved contacts) and it has cost Ranieri his job. Leicester will stay up but moving forward they need to appoint a better manager than Pearson or the current caretaker.
  14. How is Rojo a Manchester United player? Terrible every time I see him.
  15. Fantastic goal for Ibrahimovic! You have to feel for Saints though, they've had a perfectly good goal ruled out.
